THE ATLAN CHRONICLES

Tahryn has spent the last thirty years living in contented anonymity with his wife, Cali, in the simple village where his father had been born. But shadows of the past have begun to emerge that will expose all their secrets. His grandsons have discovered bones in a cave that only Tahryn knows belong to his own grandfather, an atLan, a race of people from another world. Upon leaving long ago, the atLan had destroyed all their own who attempted to remain behind except Cali, who had tricked them into believing she was dead. But now, Tahryn has noticed an atLan craft in the sky once again. Their only reaon to return, he realizes, is to search for his wife. At the same time, Tahryn learns that the belligerent K'dari have arrived at a nearby village, and their leader is the woman whose love he rejected to be with Cali. As shadows become reality, Tahryn must allow the past to re-shape his world.
